A little Holiday Magic for December's Collective Sessions!

In the spirit of Holiday Magic, December's Collective Session theme will be all about the Magic Circle!

This is an under-appreciated tool in the Pilates Method. It's not as fancy as the big apparatus, but it is versatile, portable and affordable. And if you've ever used one, you know that it can kick your ass, connect you with all sorts of muscles you didn't even know you had and help you figure out the missing links for so many exercises.
