We’re offering two levels this round.
Foundations (Level 1) if you’re starting out or want to clean up your basics.
Flow Development (Level 2) if you’re ready to level up your movement and connection.
Both levels are taught in a supportive space where everyone can grow at their own pace.
How the program works
1. Monthly Pass (4 weeks)

Drop-in spots will be available each week if you just want to join for the day.

We start Sunday, February 1 at The Dance Centre
