Boot Camp & Beer at Voodoo Brewing!

Sunday, November 2 at 12:00pm, we are hosting a FREE boot camp at Voodoo Brewing! This workout will last for 45 minutes to an hour. Burn off some bonus calories, and enjoy a drink or lunch after at one of Valrico's best breweries!

The workout will be a mix of strength training and circuit training. A perfect way to increase your heart rate while burning off some calories!

Must be 16 years or older to attend, and all attendees must sign our liability waiver to participate.
