As winter reaches its deepest stillness and the longest night unfolds, we gather not to push, produce, or perform, but simply to rest.
The Winter Solstice is a threshold: a moment between darkness and returning light, where the body instinctively slows and the spirit listens.
This two-hour sanctuary is designed as a quiet, supportive space to exhale and soften. Together, we will move gently through:
🕯️ A tender Winter Solstice ritual: simple, heartfelt, and accessible - to release what feels heavy and welcome the first subtle spark of new light.
🌿 Soft seasonal reflection exploring the themes of rest, renewal, and inner warmth.
✨ An intention candle blessing to honor whatever you are ready to grow as the light returns.
🎶 A deeply restorative sound bath, using bowls, tones, and resonance to help the nervous system settle and the body unwind.
There is nowhere to “do” or “get right.” You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are: tired, hopeful, curious, grieving, or numb. All parts of you have a place here.
Feel free to bring a blanket, journal, or something small for the communal altar such as a crystal, branch, or talisman.
May this evening be a quiet lantern in the dark; a reminder that rest is sacred, the body is wise, and the light always returns.
