This is a family friendly event at the north side of Jaycee Park by the campground area.

We will learn some basic realxing techniques as well as practice Dynamic Breathwork. Advantages of dynamic Breathwork are:

increased circulation
improved calrity
Immunity support
decreased inflamation

This is also a findraising event for some young local motocross racers who need a little support for the summer racing lineup.

Lets get out and show some love and have fun.
