Maria Lopez is a nurse with 14 years of experience, as well as a spiritual mentor and plant medicine integration specialist. She is passionate about teaching both adults and children the tools of mindfulness and holistic medicine. Through her workshops, Maria guides children in learning how to handle emotions, and connect to spirit with creativity and confidence using art, storytelling, and playful movement. She also introduces them to the basics of nursing and holistic practices, helping young learners connect with both science and nature in a fun, supportive environment.

Join us for the first workshop in our Elemental Art & Connection Series as we explore the grounding energy of the Earth element.
In this hands-on workshop, children will:
Paint beautiful river rocks with colors and symbols inspired by nature
Learn simple grounding techniques to calm emotions and feel steady inside
Connect with the strength and support that the Earth offers us every day
Parents will learn mindfulness tools and techniques to bring home for their families
This is a playful and mindful space where kids can connect to nature, express themselves through art, and learn tools they can carry into their daily lives.
Families are encouraged to join together! Parents are welcome to participate alongside their children.
Ages: Best suited for Ages 5 and up but all kids are welcome.
Cost: [$10 per child / $7 per additional household member] materials included
