We’re throwing a non-alcoholic pre-party for Cinco de Mayo and you're invited! Join us Saturday, May 3rd for Tres de Mayo, a laid-back, flavor-packed celebration full of Mexican-inspired specials and all your Hey Chickadee favorites.

Here’s what’s cooking:

🌮 Breakfast Tacos – eggs, cheese, and your choice of veggie, bacon, or our house-smoked pulled pork, topped with salsa until 11 AM

🍳 Huevos Rancheros - eggs, hatch chile sauce, pinto beans, ramps, tortilla chips until 11AM

🥤 Strawberry Agua Fresca – bright, refreshing, and made fresh with local strawberries - no lemonade today!


Starting at 11AM

🧀 Elote Lettuce Cups – Corn, cotija cheese, crema and chili powder served on crisp lettuce leaves

🍖 Pulled Pork Nachos – pulled pork with queso, candied jalapeños, pinto beans and strawberry-ramp salsa on tortilla chips

🍤 Caesar Salad with Ramps and Blackened shrimp
