Mindful Clay-making with Ally Vella

🏺 We’re excited to welcome Maltese ceramicist Ally Vella to the VC Creative Hub for a hands-on clay workshop rooted in mindfulness, material exploration, and intuitive creativity.

👀 Participants will begin with a short grounding exercise before being invited to work freely with clay. There will be no fixed outcomes — no set shapes or objects to follow — allowing for personal exploration and play. This fluid approach is perfect for those looking to reconnect with their creativity or experience clay for the first time.

👋 We invite you to craft a ceramic piece of your choosing. Each participant will select their preferred glaze from four options, which Ally will apply after the session.

💶 Donation: €65 (€55 for members).

🎨 All materials will be provided, including clay, firing, and glazing. Participants are welcome to bring additional materials to incorporate into their work. Final pieces will be ready for collection in approximately four weeks, depending on drying time and studio scheduling.
