Constellations from the Quarry

Part of the RETOLD project by Arts Council Malta, ‘Constellations from the Quarry’ presents the several outcomes which led to the installation of URNA: the award-winning Malta pavilion at the London Design Biennale 2025. URNA proposes a future ritual for bodily disposition, using reconstituted stone to create large spherical structures arranged in the form of a constellation - a field of memory. The exhibition is not only visually intriguing- but also symbolic of the way the team worked and how their different references came together!
