Open to participants from all backgrounds and levels of fitness and flexibility, these fun and accessible classes address our fundamental human need to move. Most importantly, no previous experience in dance is required.

Contemporary with Sarah Vella

In this class participants will explore the fundamentals of contemporary dance with a focus on body awareness, somatic practice, basic technique, and creative movement. ‘We will tap into your creative potential with guided improvisational exercises that encourage you to explore personal movement style and self-expression. This class is great for dancers and non-dancers alike who want to connect with their bodies and themselves in new ways. No prior experience required.’
