My Average Perfect Life - An Intuitive Art Experience

This is not your typical art class—there are no step-by-step instructions, no pressure to perform, and no wrong way to create. Instead, this session offers a deeper, more introspective experience combining meditation and painting in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

In “Average Perfect Life,” you’ll be guided through a grounding meditation designed to help you visualize your ideal, yet realistic everyday life—one rooted in joy, alignment, and meaning. From this centered space, you’ll move into an intuitive painting session where you’ll give form to what surfaced. What does your best daily routine look like? What emotions or desires rise when you imagine a life that feels whole, peaceful, and truly yours?

We’ll be using acrylic paints and mixed media paper. No art experience is necessary—just bring a bottle of water and a willingness to explore.

Space is limited. Pre-registration is required.
Walk-ins will not be guaranteed a spot.
