River Fraile hiking

If you like hiking, water sports, swimming and cliff jumping, this trip is for you. We will take you to enjoy nature, abseiling in the water, jumping off cliffs etc. We will do a river trail which consists of two parts. The first part is not difficult and is 4 km long while the second part is a bit more difficult and is 2,5 km long. In the second part there will be abseiling and you will have to swim to cross the river. The water is usually up to our knees but sometimes we have to swim across pools.

The difficulty of the hike is medium/high. Therefore it is important that you are physically fit. We recommend you to bring lunch, as the trail is very demanding and there are no restaurants near the starting point.
