Blessing of the Helmets

We invite the community to be a part of an amazing new tradition!

A Blessing of the helmets on the football field.

Local, FAM church, Pastor John , accompanied by Tamika Garrison, youth pastor at First United Methodist Valdese, and Pastor Aaron Causby from Connelly Springs Freewill Baptist Church will be leading. We will pray over the helmets and coaching staff for a safe season but more importantly to play and coach with purpose. To allow God to be seen through them in their doings, in how they treat the opponent, and how they react in adversity, & everything be done to Glorify God.
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” (Matt. 5:16)
