May 16 is the
International Day of Living in PEACE.
Living in peace is about accepting differences and having the ability to listen to, recognize, respect, and appreciate others. We wish PEACE, TOLERANCE, INCLUSION, UNDERSTANDING, FORGIVENESS, AND COMPASSION to all.

Sound baths use a variety of instruments, including singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to heal and calm.

Please bring a yoga mat for the movement part, and a blanket for the meditation part.

It’s not for those who are pregnant (the vibrations can initiate contractions), have a neurological condition such as epilepsy, or have a pace maker.
