Shakespeare by the Bay!

Experience a magical night of Shakespeare like never before at the Landlubber’s Gala on August 7, 2025, from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Sausalito Center for the Arts (750 Bridgeway). As the sun sets over the Bay, the old Bank of America building transforms into an intimate stage for A Midsummer Night’s Dream, brought to life with live music, cocktails, and heart. The evening opens with a live performance by singer/songwriter Christine Donaldson at 7:30 PM, followed by a one hour adaptation of Shakespeare’s classic tale beginning at 8:00 PM. It’s an unforgettable celebration of love, mischief, and community spirit all set against one of the most stunning backdrops in California.
