Sound baths use a variety of instruments, including singing bowls, crystal bowls, rain sticks, and bamboo chimes to heal and calm.
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket.
Aerial fabrics are lowered to ONLY ONE FOOT OFF THE FLOOR.

All stretches are laying or sitting.

The soft aerial hammock provides a cocoon-like nurturing environment that cradles your body in comfort and support during the sound meditation. Unlike traditional meditation cushions or mats, which may cause discomfort or stress on pressure points, the hammock distributes your weight evenly, reducing strain on joints and muscles. Feel weightless floating away stress while gently laying or sitting in a relaxing hammock.
