Summer yoga a grounding Hatha/Vinyasa yoga practice in the park, through which you can connect with your body, breath, spirit, nature, other lovely yogis 💛

Each class includes movement, breathwork, and meditation to stretch the body, calm the mind, and soothe the nervous system. You'll leave feeling peaceful, supported, and free 🦋

Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. We meet in the park behind the Orthodox Church. No registration or previous experience required - just come as you are!
