Hi! Are you a young woman aged 20–30 interested in developing your leadership skills and contributing to gender equality work? Apply now for the Soroptimist Nordic Leadership Academy (SNLA) next summer!
SNLA is designed for young women living in the Nordic countries who are eager to enhance their leadership abilities and network with others passionate about gender equality. Five representatives from each Nordic country will be selected to participate in the academy, which is held annually in a different Nordic country.
The academy is led by experts specializing in fields such as leadership, coaching, and communication. These professionals are top-tier in their respective fields. The program includes both group work and individual assignments.
A registration fee of 100 euros is required from those selected for the training. All other costs associated with the program are covered by the academy.
In 2025, SNLA will take place in Vaasa, Finland, from June 22 to June 28.
Both Soroptimists and non-Soroptimists aged 20–30 are welcome to apply.
