AURI - A TRAIL OF CANDLES & BEGINNINGS
Taianomaisia tunnelmia musiikillaan maalaileva Auri on Johanna Kurkelan, Tuomas Holopaisen ja Troy Donockleyn yhtye, jonka he visioivat yhdessä jo vuonna 2011.
Auri syntyi tarpeesta löytää tekijöilleen luova kanava, joka on vapaa heidän päätoimisten yhtyeidensä ja niiden yleisöjen odotusten kahleista.
Debyyttialbuminsa Auri pääsi esittelemään maailmalle vuonna 2018, ja seuraaja Auri II – Those We Don’t Speak Of vuonna 2021.
Kolmannen albuminsa myötä Auri nousee ensi kertaa konserttilavoille elokuussa 2025. Viimein yhtye pääsee jakamaan visionsa suoraan yleisön kanssa!
Celtic folkista ja elokuvallisesta popista ammentava Auri on musiikkia, jota on vaikea selittää sanoin. Tule viipymään siis hetki unimaailman seikkailujen parissa, jolloin arkisetkin asiat voivat hetkeksi muuttua toismaailmallisiksi ihmeiksi.
Konserteissa Aurin vahvistuksena esiintyvät Kai Hahto, Johanna Iivanainen ja Mikko Iivanainen.

AURI - A TRAIL OF CANDLES & BEGINNINGS
The magical atmosphere that Auri creates with its music stems from the collaboration of Johanna Kurkela, Tuomas Holopainen, and Troy Donockley.
The band was envisioned as early as 2011, born from the need for a creative outlet free from the expectations of their main bands and audiences.
Auri introduced their debut album to the world in 2018, followed by Auri II – Those We Don’t Speak Of in 2021.
With their third album, Auri will take the stage for the first time in August 2025. At last, the band will share their vision directly with the audience!
Drawing from Celtic folk and cinematic pop, but difficult to fit into any specific genre, Auri’s music defies easy explanation. Step into a dreamlike world of adventure, where even the mundane can transform into otherworldly wonder.
For their live concerts, Auri will be joined by Kai Hahto, Johanna Iivanainen, and Mikko Iivanainen.
