Set yourself up for the rest of the week with a clearing and energised Breathwork Fusion class, which integrates in Breathwork, Meditation and Qi gong. To bring you a calm energy boost!

Remembering to Breathe, Remembering to Rest and
Giving a Safe Space within which to be in the Now

Breathwork is a brilliant way of destressing, detoxifying and increasing the oxygen within our bodies.

These exercises will help you connect with your breath, improve your immune system and general well being.

As babies we breathe with all of our lungs capacity, this being why a baby can scream or cry for a prolonged period of time.

As adults we find ourselves not breathing to our full capacity, this class will help you reconnect with your breath, which will effectively energise and detoxify your body.

Oxygen is good for you! So exercises where you breathe fully is very beneficial, rather than the half breaths we find ourselves taking in day to day life.
