Sacred Sunday Stillness with Lorraine

Beginning Sunday 10/19/25 from 9-10am, Lorraine, who has been teaching yoga for 18 years will lead the community weekly in a class - Sacred Sunday Stillness.

In this Gentle Yoga class, you will have the time and ability, to press pause while being in a certain posture. Simply moving into stillness, observing whatever or however you are in the moment.

In her experiences teaching different populations, she has observed that each practice is an opportunity for your body to inform your mind. Specifically, how it is in that point in time. Simply moving into stillness, observing whatever or however you are in the moment. She feels it’s the secret ingredient in enjoying life and experiencing grace.

Lorraine is looking forward to meeting you all soon, Sundays at 9 am.
