The in-person portion is 16 days of a Hybrid 200 Hr. Yoga Teacher Training at Synergy Wellness Center in Costa Rica
80 Online hours
The remaining 80 hours can be completed before or after the in-person training to successfully complete the 200 hour requirement with Yoga Alliance to earn your 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification.
There’s no time frame that the online portion must be completed but it’s highly encouraged to complete the coursework within 3-6 months of the in-person training. The 80 hours are broken up as follows:
60 hours of Coursework
Online coursework is Yoga Philosophy, History, Ethics, Anatomy + Physiology, Energetics
15 hours Taking Yoga Classes (TBC before or after training)
5 hours Teaching Yoga Classes (done during the in-person training)
