FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE with DYLAN RHYS at Broadway 830

Uvalde Radio & Skyway Entertainment present the rising stars of Texas Music every Friday night in the Broadway 830 courtyard (North Patio). Enjoy live music from 8 pm to 11 pm while experiencing the best artisan pizza, craft beers, and unique drink specials including $4 pints.

Dylan Rhys is a 16-year-old artist quickly gaining attention in the Texas music scene for his heartfelt songwriting and laid-back acoustic sound. A native of Cypress, Texas, Dylan began writing songs not long after picking up a guitar at age nine. Since then, he’s grown into a confident performer, known for connecting with audiences through honest lyrics and a stage presence that feels both natural and mature.

His songs — rooted in coming-of-age moments, restless nights, and quiet heartbreak — showcase a depth and sincerity that resonate across generations. In 2024, Dylan began steadily releasing original music, with more on the way as he continues building a catalog that reflects both where he’s been and where he’s headed.

He’s earned recognition in 2025 as an Artist of the Year (under18) Josie Music Awards nominee and has performed at venues like The Kenney Store and Dosey Doe, opening for several respected Texas artists along the way. While his live shows include a familiar covers, Dylan’s focus is firmly on crafting original songs that feel authentic, relatable, and real.
