Revered by botanists and nature lovers, this UNESCO World Heritage Site comes alive in August, draped in a spectacular bloom of Brahma Kamal, Blue Poppy, Anemones, and Forget-me-nots. The valley’s serene beauty is complemented by the birds like Yellow-rumped Honeyguide, Blue Whistling-thrush, Black-faced Laughingthrush, Pink-browed Rosefinch, Yellow-billed Blue Magpie, and Plumbeous Water-redstart. Its pristine landscapes, snow-fed streams, and remote charm make it a paradise for trekkers, photographers, and wildlife enthusiasts alike.
Grade: Moderate to Difficult (Trekking of a minimum 6–10 km in the mountains is required)
Accommodation: Twin-sharing in the hotel, stay at Gangharia will be in a basic hotel
Cost: Rs 41,950/-
Cost Includes: Local transport, transfer to/from Rishikesh/Dehradun, meals (B/L/D) first-day lunch to last day breakfast, accommodation, permits, and botanical expert.
