We created this space for that part of you.
The one that wants to move, breathe, soften — and just be.

Whispers in Motion is a workshop where we’ll reconnect through movement, music and presence.
We’ll begin with grounding yoga, flow into expressive dance with live music, and close in deep rest with Yoga Nidra.

There’s no choreography. No mirrors. No need to perform.
Just your body, your breath, and your truth.

We’ll be co-guiding this experience with love and care,
and we’d be honored to move with you.
