Yogassage at The Portal is a deeply restorative 90-minute experience designed to reset your body, mind, and spirit.

Guided by Trina, this unique class weaves together Yin Yoga, Shiatsu and Thai bodywork, and Reiki energy healing. It’s more than a yoga class—it’s an immersive journey into deep relaxation and energetic renewal.

Held in the peaceful sanctuary of The Portal and limited to just six participants, Yogassage ensures that each person receives personalized, hands-on attention.

Yin Yoga helps open the fascia, increase circulation, and calm the nervous system. Shiatsu and Thai massage work to release muscular tension and clear energetic blockages, while Reiki supports emotional healing and deep rest.

No prior experience is necessary.
