Rooted Release: A Somatic Breathwork Journey

Join us for Rooted Release—a powerful somatic breathwork session designed to help you release emotional tension, recalibrate your nervous system, and come home to your body.

Led by Sally Davidson, this in-person experience includes grounding meditation, conscious breathing, music, and optional energy work to support emotional clarity, inner calm, and embodied healing.

Whether you're new to breathwork or returning to your practice, this is your space to exhale.
