NOTICE OF PUBLIC
MEETING OF THE
PLANNING BOARD FOR
THE TOWN OF DEERFIELD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public meeting will be held by the Planning Board
for the Town of Deerfield, Oneida County, New York at the Deerfield Municipal Building,
6329 Walker Rd., Deerfield, New York on the 24th day of September 2025, beginning at
6pm.
At the meeting, the Planning Board shall take public comment for the application for a
Site Plan Review submitted by PathStone Development, 400 East Ave., Rochester, NY
14607. The Site Plan consists of a 3 story, 65 unit apartment building with 78,500
square feet dedicated to housing and 7,800 square feet for a first floor daycare center
and associated parking and infrastructure. The proposed project is zoned Planned
Development-Extraordinary (PD-E) and the proposed uses are permitted within the
zoning district. The 6.80 acre site is situated south of Mulaney Rd. and north of the
Bank of America facility and west of NY State Route 12 and is a portion of Tax Map
Number 293.020 1-1.1. The meeting will be limited to comments regarding the site plan
application submitted by PathStone Development. No comments regarding the
conceptual plans submitted by ARCN Development, LLC will be considered at this
public meeting.
