Plus the main feature: TRE is a simple, body-led technique developed by Dr. David Berceli. It uses gentle exercises to activate your body's natural tremoring mechanism - a response we often suppress in daily life. These tremors help release stored physical tension and emotional stress, restoring balance without needing to talk about or analyze your experiences. This can help if you experience:
