Join us as we honor the memory of two incredible brothers, Brian Shank and Mark "Ivan" Holzer—riders, gearheads, and friends who left us far too soon. Their passion for Harley-Davidsons, muscle cars, and good times with great people lives on in all of us. Let’s ride in their memory, together.
✨ A Full Weekend of Celebration
It’s Gladiolus Days in St. Charles, so the town will be alive with events all weekend long. We’re especially excited about the 1st Annual Memorial Car Cruise on Friday night, August 22nd, hosted at the Moose Lodge in honor of Brian and Ivan. We highly encourage everyone to attend—bikes are welcome too!
We do not intend to overlap with this cruise—we want to add to the celebration of Brian and Ivan’s legacy.
🏍️ The BrIvan Memorial Ride & Poker Run – Saturday, Aug 23rd
As much as Brian and Ivan loved their classic cars, they lived to ride. So we’re putting together a special ride—The BrIvan Memorial Ride—that reflects their spirit and love for the open road.
📍 Start/End Location: Brewskie's, Utica
🕚 Start Time: Kickstands up at 11:00 AM (please arrive 30 minutes early to register)
🗺️ Ride Distance: Approx. 150 miles with planned stops
🎉 Wrap-Up: Estimated by 7:00 PM so riders can attend the Street Dance in St. Charles
🚗 Cars Are Welcome Too!
If you’d like to participate but don’t ride, cars are absolutely welcome—we just ask that cars head to each stop ahead of the bikes for everyone’s safety and flow.
💵 Registration Details
$20 per bike (includes rider & passenger)
$5 per poker hand
Funds raised will go toward covering event costs, with all remaining proceeds donated to the SCHS Technical/Shop Fund, created in Brian and Ivan’s honor to support future generations of hands-on learners.
