Sensory Spaces

The library is offering special hours for a sensory-friendly environment for the community. Ear plugs, ear coverings, and more will be available, as well as reduced lighting and areas designated for noise and quiet. Other options include a sensory-friendly storytime, visiting with an ARL TheraPet in the library’s reading room, and meeting with community organizations who will share information about their services and resources.
