Plant-Based Des Moines is partnering with the Urbandale Public Library's DIY Adult Program to bring you this FREE class.

Learn about the benefits of incorporating more plant-based foods into your day, starting with breakfast.

Plant-Based Des Moines will demonstrate how to make overnights oats for a healthy, whole-food meal to start your day.

Everyone will make a jar to take home for their morning breakfast! Jars will be provided but you're welcome to bring your own.
