Taking Care of the Temple

Let's gather for an afternoon of self care and a lesson on health and wellness for our temples, at Meadowbrook Park. Bring your water bottles and wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and walking shoes. After the lesson, Sara Easter will lead us in a few Body and Soul workout routines, and then we will take a walk through the park and enjoy the sculptures and fellowship. Then we'll enjoy some healthy snacks (provided).
