Good Trouble Lives On: Community resources event

On July 17, the anniversary of Congressman John Lewis’s passing, Champaign County Indivisible and our co-sponsoring organizations are taking action to push forward the legacy of civil rights that Congressman Lewis worked for his entire life.

Whether that includes registering to vote, getting library cards to allow people to access the services there, finding ways to get involved in the community, or simply celebrating together as a reminder that hope breeds courage.

This is more than a protest; it’s a moral reckoning. It's a continuation of the movement Lewis helped lead, and a new front in the struggle for freedom.
