In this potent passage of the sun. When nature is blossoming with an abunDance of colors, shapes, smells, light and aliveness. We gather to ground, enjoy and celebrate summer solstice and the beaming beauty of light and life.
In this Midsummer movement retreat we will practice receiving, relaxing and recharging our body,, brain, heart, soul and dreams. We use the Open Floor cycle, map and somatic tools for resource, inspiration and exploration.
🌼 What will happen?
There will be time to move/dance both inside and outside, yoga, being in nature, hanging out at the pool, meditation, enjoying the wooden outdoor hot tub, walks, sharing yummy vegetarian meals and time for yourself. There will be 2 gatherings/sessions a day with a longer lunch break in between.

Jonas: certified teacher in the Open Floor movement method since 2015, Jonas has also studied dance and movement therapy at Stockholm and Karlstad University. He became a certified 5Rhythms teacher in 2004 by Gabrielle Roth, founder of the method, at the Moving Center School in the USA.
Dates:
19-21 juni, start Thursday at 16.30, ends Saturday at 15.00.
You can come one day before and stay one day longer.
Place:
Rasbo kursgård, about 1 hour north from Stockholm by car, 2 hours by public transportation.
Investment retreat:
early bird 2.550 kr paid before 25/5, after that 2.950 kr.

Accommodation:
1.100 kr (plus VAT) for (19-21/6), paid on arrival. Om du vill kan du komma 1 dag tidigare och stanna 1 dag längre för 300 kr/dygn (plus moms).
