The lesson:
🔸Advanced Level
In this class, we’ll be diving into body leading and hip movements.
These tools will give you a stronger understanding of your body, learning how to move with more precision and flow.
👉 This class is for you who already have a good understanding of the basics since we won’t be covering them here.
