Fall is here! Spice up your workout routine with a barre class hosted by Artistry Fitness! Get ready to tone and sculpt your body to the sounds of our curated music playlist. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of dance-inspired exercises that will improve your strength, flexibility, and posture. No dance experience necessary! This in-person event is perfect for all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned barre enthusiast. Grab your friends and come get tipsy on the floor.

Attire: FALL Colors

Don't forget your your water bottle for hydrate and towel because you will work up a sweat!

Meet Your Instructor:

Lucretia is a former dancer that enjoys the art of movement. She loves the benefits of dance so much that she decided to become a certified barre instructor after years of being in the healthcare industry. Lucretia loves to curate an experience that embodies her love for dance and music to encourage people to get moving toward better health.
