8th Annual Runway for a Cure DC: Your Passport to Culture Around The Globe

This will be a global cultural event that will take place at The Club at Parkside in Westphalia Estates from 3:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. E.S.T. on Saturday, October 18, 2025. DOORS OPEN AT 3:00 PM. FASHION SHOW STARTS AT 5:00 PM. Cuisine tasting from around the world: France, Italy, Jamaica, India, United States , and MORE! Wine and spirits tasting from local wineries, distilleries, and breweries.

Runway for a Cure DC, a non-profit organization, is sponsoring its 8th Annual Runway for a Cure DC: "Your Passport to Culture Around The Globe".

Runway for a Cure DC’s celebrates the lives of Breast Cancer Survivors, encourage family and friends of those affected by Breast Cancer, and to give back to individuals or organizations who support Breast Cancer Research, Awareness, and Survivors! This year's beneficiary is Breast Care for Washington, DC and cancer survivors who are experiencing financial challenges with household finances.

TICKET PURCHASES ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE as we are a non-profit who donates to Breast Cancer causes.

The show will feature presentations from the hottest Fashion Designers in the Washington DC area with designs worn by some of the most fierce models from Washington. As usual, our Fabulous Breast Cancer Survivors will be ripping the runway in the show!!!!

Oscar-like Swag bags for ALL guests. Guests will also have a chance to win raffle giveaways.

Our annual event celebrates the lives of women or men who have been affected by Breast Cancer and who continue to be Fabulous Survivors!

This event is important because we must educate women under 50, in particular, because the death rate of women in this demographic has continued to rise and Breast Cancer is the second leading cause of death in women next to lung cancer.
