Self-care and Wellbeing - Mother Daughter Day

Spend a nourishing day with your daughter focusing on self-care and wellbeing as a practice to establish throughout her life and reflect on your own self-care as a mother.

Share stories and explore daily, weekly and monthly rituals to help your daughter work with her emerging woman’s cycle.

We will be making natural home-made skin care products and strengthening the mother daughter relationship through pampering each other on the day.

It’s a time to relax and be in nature while away from the busyness and distractions of every day modern life.

This is an opportunity to connect with and build support with other Mums and teen Daughters through sharing stories and experiences.

The teenage years can be a roller coaster for the teenager and those in relationships with them. This program is designed to provide support for these years which can be difficult and also very rewarding.

A fun filled day, making new friends and exploring this time of life together with insight and care.

Cost for a pair for the day is $150 including all you need for the day *catering and materials, $125 for concession. $10 bring a friend discount!
