✨ Solstice Ground & Sound ✨
Join us at the Unity Community Center on Sunday, December 21st at 4pm as we settle into the quiet magic of winter. As Kris and Ashli co-host a meditative yoga and sound bath.
Kris will guide a gentle yoga flow and grounding meditation to help your body arrive, soften, and open.
Then Ashli will lead a meditative crystal singing bowl + ocean drum experience designed to move you inward, slow your breath, and bring you into deeper stillness.
This gathering is offered by tips or donation, come as you are.
Bring your yoga mat, pillows if necessary, comfy clothes, and anything that helps you nest in and truly relax. There will be mats, blankets and bolsters available to borrow.
Let’s welcome winter together, with breath, movement, and sound. ❄️✨
