Be Still and Know: A Prayer Retreat

Unity World Headquarters invites you to a five-day prayer retreat at Unity Village, a special in-person event marking the return of this blessed gathering for the first time since the start of the pandemic.

The retreat runs Monday through Friday, September 8–12, highlighted by the sacred 24-hour prayer vigil from Wednesday evening to Thursday evening.

During the retreat there will be time for you to explore our sacred spaces, including chapels, the fountain-graced courtyard, award-winning Rose Garden, 12 Powers Prayer Garden, and labyrinth, offering countless opportunities to connect with Spirit in stillness and prayer.

Her latest book, released earlier this year, is I Still Turn to Prayer. It is her second collection of affirmative prayers. And she is working on her next book, Inclusive Churches, as a follow-up to the book .

By any measure, Rev. Kit Holmes’ musical gifts alone are extraordinary. But it is the sheer volume of her additional talents, creativity and authenticity that explains the adulation she regularly receives from audiences, clients, and peers for her keynotes, classes, coaching, and retreats. She has been sharing her gifts in New Thought spiritual communities around the United States since 2004.

She is an ordained minister and a certified transformational life coach. She’s also a grateful “recovering perfectionist” who uses her recent experiences as a breast cancer and divorce survivor as a teaching tool to help people rediscover their innate wholeness after significant loss.

Registration fee includes four dinners (Monday-Thursday) and three lunches (Tuesday-Thursday).
