Restorative Yoga & Meditation w/ Leann
What better way to spend your Friday than taking care of your nervous system?? Join Leann for a Restorative Yoga & Meditation class.

This is an extremely gentle, floor-based practice that is all levels and beginner-friendly. Poses are supported by bolsters and blankets to encourage muscular and nervous system relaxation. You are encouraged to relax and connect with your breath throughout the practice.
