Alabaster Offering

The Alabaster Offering is taken in Churches of the Nazarene twice a year. It is named after the alabaster container mentioned in Luke 7:37-38, where a woman pours expensive perfume from an alabaster jar onto Jesus' feet to wash them. Hence, the Nazarene Alabaster offering is an offering based on love.

We are challenged to give up a want to serve a need. Use your Alabaster box to donate and to remember to pray for missions.

Use of Alabaster funds
• Purchase a property/building
• Purchase/build a church parsonage
• Convert a property into a church space
• Help rent a church/space short term

Alabaster funds may also be used to:
• Purchase/build missionary homes
• Purchase/build missions facilities
• Build/repurpose buildings on campuses
