Guided Yoga with the Big Bone Bison

Join Earthshine Yoga instructor, Ruth Palmer, for a relaxing morning with a guided yoga session alongside the Big Bone Bison*! Guests will enjoy an hour long session while taking in the peaceful surroundings and sounds of the bison pastures. Each session will start with breathwork and focus, then moving into vinyasa flow, and ending with meditation in savasana.
