Gongs, singing bowls, and chimes will relax and sooth your entire being at this Sound Journey. Bring your mat, blanket, pillows and whatever you like to be comfortable while the celestial sounds of sacred instruments take you on an inner flight of deep relaxation.

Randhir Teja (Christopher Pedrone) was introduced to the sound of the Gong 25 years ago during Savasana at a Kundalini Yoga class. It was a transformational experience. After many years of appreciating ‘Gong Baths’, he began using sacred instruments – singing bowls and gongs – during his own yoga classes. That led to the creation of Sound River Arts to present Sound Journeys, Explorations in Vibration Workshops and Musical Events.
Please arrive between 5:15 and 5:45 to allow time to settle into quietude. At 5:45 the Sacred Circle will be closed to await the Journey.
