Heritage Series – Broom Making

Join our skilled artisans on Saturday, October 4, 2025, for a special broom-making workshop. Guests will begin with a tour of the garden to learn about broomcorn, how it’s harvested and the process behind transforming it into a functional, full-size broom with an ornamental handle.

This hands-on workshop includes everything from selecting materials to binding your own handcrafted broom, making it a one-of-a-kind creation. Part of our Heritage Series, this class is perfect for all skill levels.

There will be two sessions on Saturday, October 4. Tickets are $20 for members and $30 for non-members. Space is limited to just 10 participants per session.
