Bay Trail south bay loop

We had some fun riding gravel out in Coyote Hills, crossing over Highway 84 last week. So let's do it again, except this time we'll take 84 and the Dumbarton as we go for a loop around the pathways, levees and salt ponds of the South Bay.

Longer ride, 85km, almost entirely flat, about half gravel.

Meet at 9:30 AM at Union City BART. Prepare for a long day out there. We're never far from civilization but there's not a lot of natural stops right on the route; possibly Clara's Junction for lunch down at Tasman.

Only one ride this weekend; may stack up two again next week.
