STEP AEROBICS with Theo

Introduction:
STEP Aerobics with Theo is a very high-energetic fitness class that combines step aerobics with hip hop music. We offer a fun and full-body cardio workout with dynamic & fun routines set to old and new school music.

How it works:
The class features fun STEP aerobic routines set to music, with the instructor calling out the steps and moves over the music. The moves are shown and gradually implemented throughout the class ranging from basic to advanced movements
