Sponsored by Dylan Williams Forever An All Star Foundation (501c3) to help raise awareness towards CPR training & the placement of life-saving AEDs at youth sport fields.

* Age as of Jan 1, 2025
* Teams must consist of players from the same school, town or
recreation program..
* No Select Teams!
* No spots will be held until registration form & entry fee is
received.
* Cut-off date for registration is July 7, 2025.

8U - max. 12 teams ($300)
10U - max 12 teams ($350)
12U - max 12 Teams ($375)
