What We'll Explore:
• Creative adventures in nature: printmaking with natural materials, clay work, nature journaling, collage & mixed media, ephemeral art making
• Mindfulness, grounding and other practices to help us deepen connection to self and nature
• Explore First Nations ways of being in connection with land and community
• Opportunity to connect and share your experience with others in a safe, affirming environment

Wednesdays 10am-12pm: Oct 15, 22, 29, Nov 5, 12, 19, 26, Dec 3

Neurodivergent, LGBTIQA+, living with disability/mental health challenges, interested in creative expression and nature connection, and can commit to most sessions.
Facilitators:
Liz (they/them) — Registered Creative Arts Therapist, bringing lived experience as a neurodivergent, non-binary person to create affirming spaces.
Christopher (any/all) — Co-facilitator and Counselling & Psychotherapy student, supporting the group with warmth, creativity, and a holistic approach to wellbeing.
